Relationships, sex and health education: A Parents Guide

The Department of Education has released guides for parents and carers of primary and secondary age pupils to inform you of the changes in the teaching of relationships and health education.

From September 2020, all primary age children will learn relationships education and health education, and all secondary age children will learn relationships & sex education (RSE) and health education.

The guides support parents and carers to know more about what topics will be taught and your rights.
